What areas do you service?
We service Penrith, Mulgoa, Glenmore Park, St Marys, Blacktown, and surrounding areas within 30 minutes of Penrith in Western Sydney. A $20 travel fee applies for locations over 30 minutes from Penrith.

What training methods do you use?
We use a balanced training approach following LIMA principles (Least Intrusive, Minimally Aversive). This means we choose the best tool and method for each individual dog, combining positive reinforcement with clear communication and boundaries. Our goal is to build a strong, respectful relationship between you and your dog.

What services do you offer?
We offer private training sessions, walk & train programs (10-pack), puppy programs (3 sessions), dog walking (30 or 60 minutes), in-home dog sitting check-ins, and customised programs for behaviour modification, obedience, reactivity, aggression, and more.

What is the Walk & Train program?
Our Walk & Train program combines exercise with training in real-world environments. It includes 10 x 45-minute sessions where we work on obedience, leash manners, and behaviour modification while your dog gets quality exercise. To get the most benefit from the program we recommend layer in in private transfer sessions after session 5 and 10 to teach you the skills your dog has learned.

What is included in the Puppy Program?
Our Puppy Program includes 3 x 45-minute sessions covering essential puppy skills: sit, down, stay, recall, crate training, toilet training, leash manners, door/gate manners, socialisation, bite inhibition, and more. We also teach you about the three pillars of puppy development: exercise, mental enrichment, and structure/boundaries.

How long does it take to see results?
Results vary depending on your dog's age, temperament, and the issues being addressed We offer programs which rely on collaboration with owners to achieve maximum results- whilst we can teach your dog skills you need to enforce and practice these at home for them to remain successful. Dogs working on basic obedience often show improvement from session one. Dogs with reactivity, aggression, or deep-rooted behavioural issues typically need more sessions to build foundational skills before seeing significant progress. Most clients complete our 10-session program with excellent results.

Do you offer ongoing support after
training ends?
Yes! All clients receive 4 weeks of free email support after their last private session. You can reach out with questions, progress updates, or troubleshooting needs, and we'll respond within 1 hour during business hours

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans for programs to make training accessible. You can split the cost with half paid upfront and half paid before session 6. Contact us to discuss payment options that work for your budget.

Cancellations after booking incur a 50% fee on remaining sessions. Same-day cancellations incur a 50% fee for that session. No-shows incur a 100% fee and loss of session. After more than one no-show, the program may be cancelled with no refund. We reschedule for unsafe weather conditions (rain, heat over 27°C, storms) at no charge.
