At The Paw Behaviour Project, we begin every journey with a one-hour at-home behavior assessment to understand your issues and create a personalised training plan that works for you and your dog. Our tailored training programs are designed to transform behavior with compassion, ensuring a stronger bond between you and your furry friend.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING/ NO SHOW We agree to the Paw Behaviour projects cancellation policy which states any sessions or programs cancelled after booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee on all remaining sessions in the program. We also agree to keep the Paw Behaviour project up to date regarding any rescheduled sessions and note that anything cancelled on the day of will also incur a 50% cancellation fee for that session. We also agree to forfit the right to a booked and paid session if we as the client fail to show up for a session - this will incur a 100% cancellation fee. We agree that after more then one failure to show for a session the Paw Behaviour project reserves the right to cancel all training programs and forfit the right to the above 50% refund- this will incur a 100% cancellation fee
